Author Guidelines

The manuscripts presented undergo peer review. UTJagr has tri-blind review in that the reviewers do not know the author names and the authors do not know the reviewer names. Therefore, authors should prepare the manuscript with no author information (e.g., no byline, addresses/affiliations, acknowledgments, etc.). Thus, these are hidden from reviewers. They will be added to a manuscript at acceptance, so, see (Final Accepted Manuscripts). Take care to label tables and figures with reference to the paper’s title, not author names. Any identification in headers or footers should be similarly anonymous. The Editor and Headquarters Staff will have access to contact the authors about the outcome of the review and will use the information for processing accepted articals. 

Please submit the manuscript file in Word format (New times roman is the type of print font and the size is 12, use double line) containing the title, abstract, text including ((Introduction, Material and Methods, Resultes and Discussion, and Conclusions)), Acknowledgments (optinal), References, Figures*, and Tables*. Please submit high-quality figures in separate papers. Number of papers is 20 pages, and any increasing in number of pages will charge you 5 dolar for each page.

* Tables and figures (review quality) with captions should be placed into the text document at first mention. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, figures must also be submitted separately as high-resolution image files in the following acceptable formats: PDF, EPS, TIF, or JPEG. please see the Paper Structures bellow: 

The first page should be inclouded the title and a list of the full auther name or full authers names. As well as, their working addresses and their contact such as (email, and website) is required. Then, the abstract is required with no more than 300 words. After that the keywords are very important and no more than 5 words that express the search. then, the usual order of sections is introduction which includes the literature review, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (optional), and References, figure captions and the tables. Start each section (including figure captions and tables) on a new page and number all pages.

1-Title

A title should give the reader a clear idea of what the article is about; it should be brief and informative. Use common and scientific names for plants, crops, animals, and all all other organisms and avoid abbreviations.The usual limit for titles is 20 to 25 words (not counting conjunctions and prepositions).

2- Abstract
The explanatory abstract, not exceeding 300 words, must be included. It should state specifically very brief introduction (one sentence), aim of study (one sentence), a brief summary of materials and methods (3-4 sentences), what the importance results (4-5 sentences), and conclusion (one sentence).

3- References: References follow the Harvard style. All citations mentioned in the text, tables or figures must be listed in the reference list.
1- In the text: examples:
a- one author--- Smith (2000), b- two authors --- Ali and Smith (2000), c- more than two--- Sambrook et al. (1989).
2- If several papers by the same authors and from the same year are cited, a,b,c etc should be inserted after the year of publication e.g. Ali (2000 a), Ali (2000 b).
3- Listings of references in the text should be chronological, not alphabetical e.g. (Sambrook et al., 1989; Lacomme et al., 1999).
4- In the reference list, references should be listed in alphabetical order, such examples bellow:
a- Journal Article

b- Online Article Not Yet Published in an Issue
An online article that has not yet been published in an issue (therefore has no volume, issue or page numbers) can be cited by its Digital Object Identifier (DOI). The DOI will remain valid and allow an article to be tracked even after its allocation to an issue.

4- Figure and table requirement

Figures:
Type figure captions in the word-processing file following the references. Authors can publish color photos, figures, and maps those should be very clear and prepare thenm in seperate file for each figure, photo, or map after refrences. Label all figure parts. Figures should be high quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale and 300 dpi for colour, at the correct size). Figures should be supplied in one of file formats: EPS, PS, JPEG, TIFF, or Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) files are acceptable for figures that have been drawn in Word. Prepare graphs and charts that will read well in also seperated paper for each graph or chart after the refrences. 

Tables:
Use the "table" feature, not tabs or spaces to create your tables. Each table must be on a separate page and numbered consecutively. Do not duplicate matter presented in figures. Use the following symbols for footnotes in the order shown: †, ‡, §, ¶, #, ‡‡, ..., etc. The symbols *, **, and *** are used to show statistical significance at 0.05, 0.01, and 0.001 levels, respectively, and are not used for other footnotes.

5- Units. Please use SI units (non-italicized).
